Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 2, 2025

Every balloon installation we create is custom-designed with care and intention. Because of the time, preparation, and materials involved, we have a clear policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.

Deposits

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your event date. This deposit covers design planning, supplies, and time allocated to your event.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 14+ days before your event: 50% refund of total payment (excluding the deposit).

  • 7–13 days before your event: 25% refund of total payment (excluding the deposit).

  • Less than 7 days before your event: No refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling

We understand life happens!

  • One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, based on availability.

  • Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original date.

Weather & Outdoor Setups

Balloons are heat-sensitive and must be kept out of direct sunlight to avoid popping, fading, or breakdown.
If weather conditions (such as extreme heat, rain, or wind) make it unsafe to proceed with an outdoor setup and no shaded or indoor backup option is available, your payment (minus the deposit) may be applied as a credit toward a future event.
Please note: Refunds are not offered for weather-related cancellations.
